Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Inside Sales
(Telesales) to manage daily operations of the Medicare Inside Sales
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the Medicare Inside Sales Team
Monitor and record production and quality metrics for the team
Assist staff in resolving issues reported by prospective members
and other departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Prior successful inside telesales experience
Experience with SalesForce.com and Microsoft Office
3 - 5 years of customer service experience
1 - 2 years of call center experience
