• Responsible for monitoring budgets, organizing daily tasks to meet milestones, understanding IMS schedule, and driving the overall performance on aircraft modification projects.
• Establishing and tracking day-to-day production requirements that includes budget, safety, quality, and performance. Team will consist of between eight to twelve hourly mechanics. - -
• Ability to interpret Government, FAA, and Company Aviation Safety regulations.
• Ability to readinterpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and general aviation knowledge.
• Working knowledge of military, commercial, or general aviation aircraft.
• Ability to perform analytical analysis and apply risk mitigation techniques.
• Experience in conflict resolution, team building, and coaching skills -
• Willingness and ability to work outside regularly scheduled hours or overtime to meet company objectives. -Qualifications:

• Active Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant hands-on aircraft maintenance experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Current FAA Certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing. -Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Boeing Wide/Narrow body, Gulfstream platform experience
  • VIP or comms upgrade experience
