We offer a competitive pay with room for growth and professional development opportunities.Job Title: Maintenance Technician IIIJob Description:As a Maintenance Technician III, you will lead the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. This role presents an opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will also have the chance to mentor junior technicians and help them grow in their roles.Responsibilities:Lead, manage and train teams of techniciansInstall, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipmentAbility to install and maintain - photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, among othersProvide feedback on tasks in the preventative maintenance programsComplete assigned PMs and provide feedback on any improvements that might be needed.Basic Qualifications:High school or equivalent diploma (required)Experience in knowledge or applied in Mechanical or Electrical field( required)Experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedure (required)MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience performing maintenance (mechanical & electrical) on equipment and 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team within the last 2 years of employmentShift and Pay:$34.25/hr MUST BE OPEN TO SHIFTS (Multiple shifts available)*After applying an internal recruiter named Jordan will be reaching out to you regarding your application within 24-48 hours *About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
