Job Description:

AppleOne is looking for experience Escrow Assistants to join a mortgage company located in Westlake, TX. You must have at least 3 years experience in this field, they are also hiring for Curative Representatives.

Provides support to Escrow department - Process opening orders, initial file set up, Uploading Lender documents, Answers questions regarding the Title / Escrow Closings, Review Closing Documents for accuracy. written transmittals documents, handling reconveyances, pre-closing maintenance and post-closing follow up on assigned files While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime when required by management.

Skills: At least 3 years of closing experience whether it is Title Insurance or Escrow Industry. Must understand what a HUD is. Must have Excel experience. Strong customer service orientation. Detail orientation. Excellent verbal communication. Problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills Entry-level position.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
