.net lead with 10+ years experience and e commerce background

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
Lead full stack architecture, development & delivery
Guide & mentor junior developers
Build scalable microservices on Azure
Contribute across multiple codebases with inner-source practices
Drive innovation, clean code, and agile best practices
Tech Stack:
.NET Core - Azure - MS SQL - Cosmos DB
Angular / React - JavaScript - TypeScript - HTML/CSS
REST/gRPC APIs - Microservices - SAGA pattern
Agile, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes (nice to have)
Ideal Background:
8+ years in full stack development
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
Experience in ecommerce or high-traffic apps is a plus!
