About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at UT Health Athens. This full-time position involves performing radiology procedures for patients of all ages, utilizing ionizing radiation and/or other imaging modalities to aid in diagnoses and treatment of disease.Responsibilities:As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing radiology procedures for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Utilizing ionizing radiation and/or other imaging modalities to aid in diagnoses and treatment of disease
• Working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely patient care
• Providing exceptional patient service and supportQualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an ARDMS-approved Ultrasound program
  • CPR certification (all levels) Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire date
  • ARDMS registration or registry eligibility within 90 days of hireAbout UT Health Athens:UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility offering a range of medical services, including a 24-hour ED, Level IV trauma center, and Level III stroke center.
