Job Description:

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at UT Health Quitman.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing Echo studies and procedures, utilizing ionizing radiation to treat disease.Responsibilities

Perform Echo studies/procedures for patients as required by the hospital.
Function under the general supervision of the site supervisor and in cooperation with the cardiovascular team.
Contribute to a collaborative and compassionate healthcare environment.Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing Echocardiography studies.
- Echo Registry eligible per ICAEL standards.
- CPR Certified Basic Life Support (BLS).Preferred Requirements
  - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  - Registry in Pediatric Cardiac Ultrasound.
