A company is looking for a Business Technology Support
Specialist to assist with technology solutions and support for
advisors and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Identify technology gaps and implement solutions for team
success
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to enhance processes and
support models
Monitor service quality metrics and improve support processes
across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-5 years of process management and improvement experience
1+ years of experience with financial services vendor management
preferred
Experience in technology support and business partner
engagement
Ability to write requirements and conduct user acceptance
testing
