Position Details:
--- Title: Field Service Technician
--- Location: Candidates local to the DFW Metroplex or within and hour of a large airport in TX
--- Compensation: $80-90K + OT & Bonus (up to 6%); Most 1st year Techs make $110-120k

--- Shift/Travel: Travel up to 985% of the time based on customer requirements. Travel will be at a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks at a customer facility with ability to return home on weekends.
Position Description:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform installation, start-up, commissioning and test of Company Equipment supplied to customers sites. FSE will perform technical assistance during and after warranty periods, carry out training and other sales services of equipment on site. FSEs will also need to develop a good understanding of the customer's needs to provide objective advice and ensure customer satisfaction.
--- A typical day will involve investigating and resolving customer technical issues, performing equipment installations, repairing, or troubleshooting out-of-service units and eliminating future operational or service difficulties for customers. Each customer and customer site are unique and come with its own challenges, so Field Service Technicians must be able to adapt and solve problems on the fly.

Requirements:
--- Candidates with strong electric-mechanical backgrounds who understand wiring diagrams, circuit tracking, working with servos and motors, component level repair as well as troubleshooting and multimeter usage are a great fit for this position.
--- Candidates must be able to obtain or already possess a Passport as customers are located across the Americas.
