Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

Develop and maintain weekly/monthly KPI and forecasting reports. Produce useful insight and valuable information from various raw data sources and apply basic knowledge of departmental principles and procedures. Designing and maintaining processes for measurement, tracking, reporting and analyzing


(WNS) Logistics RMA related information. Recognizing and extracting critical indicators from large and complex data sets and being able to interpret and express those indicators in a business context.


Performs work within company and regulatory guidelines. Escalation of any issues to manager. Assisting with the definition of new data analysis, research or reporting services and identification of opportunities to improve the data analysis service and output. Having a commitment to excellence and ensuring the high quality of all work delivered. Having strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Championing new technologies and their use within the (WNS) Logistics RMA organization. Being highly proficient in industry standard software and/or best practices and actively seeking to further departmental knowledge through training and experience. Demonstrating a working knowledge of practices across the digital spectrum and in particular those applicable to STA?s requirements. Communicating effectively and professionally with partners and colleagues and identifying where to add value to the business and its products. Understanding role, obligations, and responsibilities. Understanding and complying with Company policies. Protecting information and confidentiality of STA while undertaking other reasonable duties as defined by the company


High School Diploma or equivalent with 5-8 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience is required. Prior experience in logistics operations, wireless networks, supply chain management and/or warehousing preferred. Prior experience with SAP or similar business enterprise purchasing, inventory control and/or procurement management system required.



Necessary Skills and Attributes


- Demonstrated ability to influence others in acceptance and approval and to provide clarification.


- The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues and activities.


- The ability to read, interpret and simplify complex information from various documents to create clarity and ease of understanding.


- Ability to communicate in writing, through email, reports, presentations, or orally, product logistics matters to all audiences.


- The ability to clearly define objectives, identify tasks and work assignments, give direction and make decisions based upon applied knowledge of alternatives and work experience.


- Must have Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills operating in an NT LAN/WAN systems environment.


- Must be bilingual (Korean/English) in order to communicate reporting and results with HQ
