About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Global Head of HR
Solutions to lead the development and execution of a global HR
technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible
for managing the implementation, optimization, and innovation of HR
technology to ensure alignment with the company's business
objectives and employee experience goals. This role requires a
leader who can work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business
leaders to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that drive
operational efficiency, compliance, and data-driven
decision-making. The VP will also be tasked with enhancing the
employee experience through user-friendly, innovative HR technology
solutions and fostering a digital-first approach to various HR
functions.Candidates for this role at the company should have a
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced
degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in HR
technology leadership, particularly within large, complex, and
global organizations. Strong expertise in HR processes, data
management, analytics, and reporting tools is essential, as is a
proven track record in managing large-scale HR technology
platforms. The role demands excellent communication, leadership,
and collaboration skills, as well as experience with agile
