Executive Chef OpportunityHighland Springs by Erickson Senior
Living seeks an accomplished Executive Chef to lead our culinary
team in delivering exceptional dining
experiences.Responsibilities:
- Oversee food purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation,
ensuring efficiency and quality within budgetary parameters.
- Supervise and implement core menus and recipe management
systems, optimizing kitchen operations.
- Ensure adherence to sanitation procedures, conducting monthly
internal audits to maintain high standards.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
regarding food handling and production.
- Collaborate with Unit Manager to resolve issues affecting food
production, preparation, and presentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents through
dining room visits and meetings.Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Chef experience, preferably in
fine dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of a la carte and catering trends, with a
focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and
food presentation.
- Proficiency in PC software and POS systems, including Word,
Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.We offer a supportive work
