About the Role:We are seeking a skilled PM Line Cook to join our culinary team at Sadelle's - Dallas. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Garde Manger, fish bar, and cold app station.Responsibilities:

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashionRequirements:
    • 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurants preferred but not required
    • Experience working with seafood and cold prepared foods strongly preferred
    • Lunch and dinner shift availability
    • Team-oriented and positive attitude
