Job Summary:Corby's Grill is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience. This includes managing staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience
• Operate the cash register, drive-thru, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare and cook food, maintaining high-quality standards
• Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Perform other tasks as directed by the store managerRequirements:
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to successfully obtain a Food Handlers Certificate
  • Must be able to perform basic arithmetic to accurately make change and complete shift reports
  • Promotes great teamwork and readily assists with team needs throughout the shift
  • This position requires standing for up to 8 hours during a shift and lifting up to 35 and 50 poundsBenefits:
