Carbone Dallas, a renowned Italian-American restaurant, is seeking an experienced Captain to lead our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests.Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and meet guests' needs to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Inspect the dining room and ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Receive and greet guests, and assist with seating if necessary.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and presentation standards, and possess a sound understanding of food and beverage preparation techniques.Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Captain in an upscale, high-volume restaurant.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Michelin-recognized restaurant preferred.
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
  • Full-time flexible hours are required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours, bend, push, pull, and lift 30 lbs.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including POS systems, Word, and Excel.Benefits:
