• Provide exceptional patient care to a group of patients for a designated time frame, using the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.Requirements
  • Current Texas RN license and ADN required.
  • BLS certification is also required.
