About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at UT Health Tyler. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our critically ill newborn patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your clinical expertise to oversee the delivery of care to patients in the NICU.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient care and safety.
• Maintain a culture of excellence, respect, and compassion within the NICU.Requirements:
  • Current RN license to practice in Texas.
  • At least one year of RN experience in a clinical environment.
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
