• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient goalsRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current Texas RN License
