Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager to improve
operational and financial health within the clinical
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify best practices and opportunities for cost savings within
the clinical organization
Develop and implement programs in collaboration with internal
stakeholders to meet project milestones
Evaluate processes and outcomes against benchmarks to recommend
improvements and efficiencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2 or more years of relevant work experience
Experience with a process-driven approach to problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Ability to analyze and interpret medical and financial data
