Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Communications Director,
People Team Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications
strategies to inspire and empower employees
Partner with the Chief People Officer to create effective
communication plans aligned with business objectives
Lead communications for People programs and manage change
communications to support growth and transformation
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal communications, with
a focus on Human Resources communications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism,
or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Proven ability to develop and execute effective communication
strategies for diverse audiences
Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
at all organizational levels
