Senior Fair Lending Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Fair Lending and Responsible Banking Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison and subject expert for compliance, legal, and risk teams in developing lending policies
Execute governance practices to support the Fair Lending and Responsible Banking program
Participate in regulatory examinations and assist with compliance monitoring and reporting

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of focused Fair Lending and Responsible Banking experience at large financial institutions
In-depth experience across multiple lending and non-lending products
Broad-based knowledge of Fair Lending and Responsible Banking laws and regulations
Ability to implement regulatory requirements within assigned lines of business
CRMC designation is a plus
