Job Description:
A company is looking for an Incident Management Analyst to
handle complex incident detection and provide guidance to junior
analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Run diagnostics to validate errors and handle incident
detection
Manage rapid response calls and document all communication during
incidents
Provide guidance to senior team members regarding application
interdependencies and updates
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
Strong experience with MS Office applications, including Word,
Excel, and Outlook
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with
management
