Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.**Responsibilities**

• As a Clinical Manager RN, you will provide innovative leadership to maximize the department& contribution to overall hospital performance through effective planning as well as human and financial resource management which result in quality outcomes in line with financial goals of the institution.
• Responsible for delivering care to a group of patients and evaluating the multi-disciplinary care in a systematic fashion, in order to improve outcomes.
• Ensure hospital compliance with all local, state and federal regulations as well as accrediting organizations.**Requirements**
  • Graduation from an approved school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
  • Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in the State of Texas.
  • At least two years recent experience in the nursing specialty.
  • BLS Required
