YOUR ROLE:

Your role is to architect omni-channel communication strategies and develop personalized-at-scale content/engagement experiences across paid/owned/earned media, collaborating with the creative team to bring these to life, as well as collaborating with our Analytics group to establish the KPIs that matter most, define the learning agenda, and optimization plan.
Your strategies are built on meaningful insights from your thorough analysis of the situation across cultural, category, and consumer trends. You are an intelligence miner and customer journey architect that helps us understand what moments in the journey we must win, what information customers are looking for, what channels they use, and who influences their decisions.
You understand the growing importance of insight-driven, data-fueled, technology-enabled content to build meaningful experiences that progress prospects and customers across the customer journey. As a thought leader, you are responsible for the continuous advancement and modernization of the principles that drive best practices in our evolving landscape.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Oversee identification and development of strategic CRM initiatives and deliverables for automotive clients (ranging from brand marketers to product managers).
  • Lead development of customer journeys focusing on the drivers of behavior that will result in more effective communication strategies.
  • Lead the creative briefing process unearthing insights that lead to great work that performs.
  • Build content and social media strategy that support the customer journey map.
  • Define the channel mix that engages and progresses customers along the decision process.
  • Lead workshopping and presentation of strategic solutions with senior automotive client stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment with clients and third-party stakeholders on customer experience and CRM objectives, priorities, KPIs, and planning.
  • Work with Analytics to define the marketing KPIs, learning agenda, and optimization plan that will increase the effectiveness of each new generation of work.
  • Collaborate with your fellow strategic planners.
  • Work closely with the creative team to support the development of creative deliverables.
  • Partner with the account service/client strategy to define client development plans.
  • Evaluate the latest sources of insights and market data as well as syndicated research to ensure that the agency always has access to best-in-class intelligence.
  • Engage with our clients to bring our thinking to life from idea development through delivery.
  • Engage in public speaking forums regarding cutting-edge planning initiatives.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 8-10 years' experience in digital automotive marketing, customer insights, and demand generation.
    • Excels in development and delivery of presentations (PPT/Keynote) and business case drafting.
    • Understanding of precision marketing, programmatic media, and marketing automation platforms and how they orchestrate to create addressable, adaptable, always-on, measurable experiences.
    • Fluent in market research techniques both quantitative and qualitative, as well as new methodologies that combine both approaches.
    • Experience working on large, integrated accounts.
    • We are looking for a natural leader with a strong point of view on how customer marketing must evolve in the digital age.

For more information regarding Omnicom benefits, please visit . A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $128,000 - $149,000. This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications, etc. This is an exempt position.
