Job Title & Specialty Area: Clinical Research Manager RN

Job Summary:
Children's Health (Dallas) is seeking a Clinical Research Manager RN to lead the implementation of clinical research in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. The successful candidate will provide clinical research nurse (CRN) management in collaboration with Research Administration leaders, ensuring high-quality research, customer service excellence, and fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the implementation of clinical research in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Supervise department CRNs and serve as a resource to external CRNs.
• Ensure high-quality research, customer service excellence, and fiscal responsibility.
• Collaborate with Research Administration leaders to achieve research goals.
  Requirements:
  
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research.
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Current licensure in the state of Texas as an RN required.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers as required by CP 1.20 Life Support Course Requirements required.
  • PACES certification 180 Days required.
  • CCRC CCRP, or CRN Certification 1 Year required.
