Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including
performance and attendance management
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure
resolution of complex workplace issues
Manage leave of absence and job accommodation requests while
maintaining compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four
years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of human resources experience with a focus on HR
compliance and employee relations
3+ years of leadership experience in managing teams or projects
Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and
regulations
