    Responsibilities
    
    
    • Coordinate and advocate for our patients' care & create an appropriate discharge plan.
    • Be required to review patients' charts, and to meet with families and healthcare providers to establish the most suitable course of action.
    • Should remain in contact with patients and their families during the hospitalization stay.
      Qualifications
      
      Job Requirements:
      • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
      • 2 years prior clinical experience
      • Must maintain current Texas RN License
      • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Preferred Job Requirements:
        • Experience in inpatient Behavioral Health or home health case-management environment by Jobble
