range for this role is determined by a number of factors including
skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The
full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor
market value for all employees in these positions across the
national market and provides an opportunity to progress as
employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty
Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include
commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on
multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

role has a hybrid work schedule (2 days per week in the office) and
we will consider candidates based in Portsmouth, NH, Boston, MA,
Plano, TX and Indianapolis, IN. Job introduction: The Governance,
Risk & Compliance (GRC) team within the Global Cybersecurity
organization is looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer. The
candidate will be responsible for Full Stack development,
designing, implementing, managing, and monitoring the overall
security posture of the organization. Partners with teams across
the company to continually optimize our security posture while
maintaining a hyper focus on the reliability and stability of our
business environments. Under general supervision, operating with
heightened direction and supported by strong coaching and
mentorship, works with cutting edge security solutions that are
located within Liberty Mutual physical data centers and cloud
environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background
in both front-end and back-end development, demonstrating
proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks. This
role requires a collaborative mindset, an eagerness to learn, and
the ability to tackle complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
About the job: Execute the full lifecycle of the product
development. This means translating partner requirements into
technical applications and support the implementation of new
software. Collaborate in the designing, developing, and maintaining
of high-quality applications. Write clean, efficient,
well-documented, and maintainable code. Conduct thorough code
reviews and advocate for best practices in software design and
coding standards. Troubleshoot issues using the best debug
techniques available including paired programming for complex
issues. Bring a proactive mindset and uses initiative to help
identify opportunities for improvement to our processes and
products. Engage in the agile software development process by
adhering to and advancing scrum methodology, including attending
all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and
retrospectives. Qualifications Bachelor`s degree in technical
discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum 3+ years of Full Stack
development experience. Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript,
React, NodeJS, Express, HTML/CSS, SSQL, ORM, Unit Testing,
Relational Databases, HTTP/API, OAUTH2. Experience with cloud
services such as AWS Cloud Platform. Ability to multitask and
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong
communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn new
technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative
