you'll do:Dynamic, creative, compassionate, marketing expert that
loves to collaborate and wear a variety of hats with a small but
mighty marketing team. You'll bring your innovative skills to
manage AmeriHome's Retail Lending Social Media channels for our
corporate initiatives, market updates, brand recognition, lead
generation, and recruiting efforts as well as individual Loan
Officer accounts which include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and
YouTube. We're also looking for outstanding video production skills
to complement your professional expertise. Adding to the mix,
you'll contribute to our content creation and ever-growing asset
library by supporting the development and implementation of
marketing campaigns through our omni-channel marketing efforts
targeting new, current, and lapsed customers to drive mortgage
leads and build retention as well as develop and maintain marketing
communications to support the AmeriHome brand through Reputation
Management programs.What we are looking for:
- Create content and strategy for social media channels to drive
leads, brand recognition, and follower engagement
- Manage and execute on content creation through posts, monthly
calendars and analytics
- Analyze and report on social media performance and identify new
opportunities
- Write, proofread, and edit creative content
- Use various design and video software to create marketing
materials
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns including copy
writing, SEO keywords, setting up review pages (Confluence) and QA
review for social, websites, email, direct mail, and print
- Manage AmeriHome's TrustPilot and other reviews for publishing
in marketing communications as well as the Detractor Program which
is critical to maintaining AmeriHome's high NPS Score (Net Promoter
Score)
- Maintain Product Giveaway Tracking for Borrower incentives
- Support the development and execution of marketing internal
communications and programs
- Compliance and brand steward, QC that all communications are
following guidelines
- Develop partnerships across the organization including
marketing, analytics, project management, agency partners and
vendors driving strategic execution
- Work with the marketing team in achieving the goal of
delivering the appropriate message, at the right time, in the right
channel by contributing to the communication strategy to increase
brand loyaltyWhat you need to have:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing or related experience
required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Financial services experience highly recommended
- Social Media Pro with a proven track record of gaining
increases in audience share among a variety of social channels
- Video content and production expertise
- Working knowledge of SEO and implementation
- A natural ability to collaborate well with others across all
levels of a complex matrix organization
- Exceptional project management, attention to detail and
organizational skills
- Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple
projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without
sacrificing attention to detail
- Strong written storytelling and verbal communication
skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content (a sample of previous
work preferred)
- Skilled in basic design software with an eye for creative
excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Video software
- HubSpot, WordPress and Video editing experience a plus,
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred but not required
- Experience working in a regulated, compliance-heavy
industry/environment
- Ensure adherence company policies and procedures, applicable
federal, state and laws and regulations
- Any other tasks assigned by the SVP Marketing or Managing
