Job Description:

Asset Protection Auditor Job Description: Conduct asset protection audits to mitigate shrink, damage and security exposure in a distribution center. Participate in the safety program and safety committee. Support inventory control to drive quality.

• Execute weekly, monthly and quarterly audits for the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Asset Protection Audit Program and update leadership on data entry, reporting and scorecards.
• Support Asset Protection Officers and Security Guards with front desk and gate house operations.
• Conduct monthly security inspections and resolve identified problems.
• Validate functions with direct financial risk, such as inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
• Provide audit support as needed.
• Manage the retail RDC truck salt program and update leadership on data entry, reporting and scorecards.
• Assist the RDC Asset Protection Manager in running the Asset Protection Department and Program.
  • Must be able to stand, sit or walk for long periods.
    • Preferred qualifications: 2 years of security experience, 2 years of auditing or inventory control experience, and forklift certification.
