managing, monitoring, and documenting credit risk for a portfolio
of clients. Key responsibilities include monitoring changes in
credit profiles, compliance with credit agreements as well as
structuring and underwriting new financing solutions across the
Global Banking and Markets product spectrum. Job expectations may
include assessing risk solutions which adhere to the bank's risk
appetite and risk strategies and coaching and leading team
members.The Senior Credit Officer will be responsible for managing
a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients, which includes
conducting financial analysis, tracking portfolio company
performance, assessing ongoing creditworthiness and assisting in
the origination, negotiation and structuring of senior bank debt
and related credit products. The Senior Credit Officer will be
expected to build extensive knowledge of each client drawing upon
in-depth research and industry expertise. As a member of Enterprise
Credit, you will work closely with professionals throughout Risk
and Global Banking and Markets, particularly colleagues in
Corporate Banking / Relationship Management, Trading (primarily FX
and Interest Rate Swaps), Treasury Management and Syndications
(investment grade and leveraged finance). Responsibilities also
include qualitative and quantitative due diligence on industry and
